I agree with the premise of this video. I think the paper chase kills the essense of humanity within us. The harder and longer you work, and the more shit you accumulate (possessions) the more inhuman you become. I’m training now to walk marathons. Then I’ll train myself for death marches, walking for days and even weeks at a time, and then I will fuckin disappear. Fuck you society!
you got class kid. i like your style….
you are about 10% of Americans who think the way you do…
right on.once a day i shut my phone off and just go walk in the woods and im a 23 year old ass from boston….
it just feels good
The won’t let you stay, other countries
@2ndviolin
The U.S. recieves its fair share of shit, tbh.
‘Sup! Check the comment I submitted to you in your blog for this video.
If you have any more links I might find of interest, I’m all eyes and ears. In the meantime I’m steadily researching this topic.
I too worried about disease to visit really exotic countries for fun, but I ought to visit the US again some day….
Every time I think each quote is my favorite. I always receive something positive. See you next time and I look forward to more wisdom.
Brother, You are so right, Ive been to Busan, different yes but unique as for Japan I lived just outside Yokohama for nearly two years, would like to travel more in Hokkaido. If you get the opportunity to backpack Australia, I suggest starting in Western Australia going north to Darwin then south and around the eastern side of the country. It is an amazing country the people wonderful, backpackers stays all around the country. Good times to you traveling brother! James
if you are ever in Seoul. Check out Ho Bar(the name is so damn funny but the place is cool).
I’ve lived in Turkey before, and been through germany, and holland also. PEople outside of the states are less stuck up in my opinion.
or in Busan. Check out Foxy(the people that staff it are really nice, and really great if you know Japanese you are fine in this club in Korea XD its weird eh?). I live in Kyushu though soo I am in Japan. I plan on backpaking through asia starting next week
just love this quote!!!!
keep it up Ivan!!
another great quote!
happy new year, ivan! what great insight. i have always believed traveling helps us to become our soul in amazing & unequaled ways. what a gift to view life and the world from so many specialized angles. that brand of freedom is priceless. (o:
Ivan, your statement on being abroad is so very true, as I visited other lands my perceptions of many things changed. I began to understand what my grandfather taught me about being thankful for what we had in America but then when I visited other cultures I too became grateful for theirs. Since returning to the US I have longed for the experiences of travel both in new meetings and experiences which is really growth and understanding in disguise. We are all really looking for God!!!!!!!!!!!
You’re a pretty cool guy:)
This is exactly how I have been feeling lately. I want to roam where nobody knows my name nor can they speak it. Thank you for this! I will definitely read the article.
